We are looking for a:
Sales Manager (B2B2C)
- You are responsible for bringing the deals with B2B partners in bike industry (manufacturers, retailers, etc.) home;
- Establishing a strong relationship with new and existing partners;
- Create new innovative strategies to bring in new business with the whole sales team.
What we need
- You are proactive, creative, likable, persuasive and be willing to walk the extra mile on strategically chosen initiatives;
- You have the ability to independently manage and effectively prioritize an overabundance of opportunities that ask for your attention;
- You've got THE BALLS and creativity to find new ways of generating business;
- You have experience as a sales manager for at least 1 year;
- Excellent analytics, communication, and strategic skills;
- You demonstrate ability to excel in a start-up environment;
- Languages: native German (a must), fluent in English
