Key Qualifications

Typically requires 2+ years experience preferably in the sports industry.

Native English speaker with fluent French and German. Other language is a plus

Qualified candidates must have the ability to maintain consistent attention to detail, be able to prioritize and independently manage their time.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills In excel, word, outlook, powerpoint.

We are looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include:

· Answer inbound phone calls from customers and work to resolve their queries in real time

· Follow up Customers orders and organise shipments.

· Invoicing and general administration

· Working closely with finance and sales team to provide reports and follow up customer payments

· Liaison between warranty service and clients
